Through the Fellows Society, I've had the opportunity to meet scholars in disciplines very different than my own. Surprisingly, it was also an opportunity to see how much our disciplines have in common. The Fellows Society has also given me the opportunity to interact with current classmates outside of the classroom. The Fellows Society gives me an opportunity to connect with other graduate students and hear their struggles, successes, and future aspirations.
